The setting is comfy and unbeatable, very close to all restaurants and the lakefront and the motorway network, very quiet area. Also, it's located 1 mile from Lake Simcoe. Hotel's breakfast is complimentary and good with lovely coffee and scrambled eggs, as example...

The hotel is conveniently located on the highway, making it a perfect stopover during long drives. The room and bathroom were clean, with comfortable beds and quality amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering hot breakfast in takeaway containers. There were several nearby stores and restaurants within a short drive.
The area around the hotel had some issues, such as people smoking marijuana and drinking beer in the parking lot at night.

Hotel as a whole is newly remodelled and pleasant, I loved it.
The staff are competent and attentive, managed the parking on site. Make sure to get double room with modern decor, a pull out couch, 3 Queen beds. The service is exceptional, includes free parking.

We only spent one night here on the way from Niagara Falls to Ottawa. We had a small kitchen in our room and made a salad in the evening. Rooms were very good, there is nothing to criticize. . Breakfast was great, the good one was very clean. Free parking!
